Nurturing Growth

The Nurturing Growth program is a middle around where Indigenous and non-Indigenous knowledge can become harmonious in the mainstream classroom or organisational setting. Through this program students pay due respect to Australia’s shared history by recognising Indigenous knowledge and the role it plays in shaping a reconciled future.

Takeaway

Empowering younger generations to challenge and address the racism and inequality which have traditionally been projected towards First Nations Peoples.

STAFFING

Program Leaders will all have the required qualifications and will meet Australian Adventure Activity Standards (AAS). All drivers involved in transportation will hold relevant mini bus license or coach licenses and adhere to strict protocols for student transportation safety.

EACH SCHOOL GROUP WILL BE ASSISTED BY A CULTURAL COLLEGE GROUP LEADER  AND SUPPORTED BY LOCAL STAFF, ABORIGINAL EDUCATORS, AND LOCAL FAMILIES.
